About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to support a female participant based in Manly, NSW. This role will involve regular support across 7 days per week.

This position would suit someone flexible, patient, and confident in delivering person-centred care, with a genuine commitment to supporting participants in a respectful and supportive manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred support
  
• Assist with daily activities and routine
  
• Encourage independence and engagement
  
• Support emotional wellbeing
  
• Maintain clear and accurate shift notes
  
• Build positive and professional rapport with the participant and family
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in disability support
  
• Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster
  
• All relevant compliance completed, including:
  
  
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    
  • Police Check
    
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
    
  • First Aid & CPR
    
• Reliable transport preferred
  
• Professional, dependable, and confident working independently
